RecommendedAbsolutely LOVE this place. We came here 7 or 8 years in a row as kids growing up. It’s been like 35 or36 years since we’ve been here!! It’s so peaceful, and relaxing, love the way the 🦌 deer still walk around with no worries. Caught a lot of fish here with my Dad and lil brother!!
By far, this was one of our best trips to Lake Norfork. The cabins were clean and comfortable and Cassie and Mindy were very accommodating and gracious. The electric at the boat dock was turned off due to the flooding, but Cassie made sure there was a generator available to keep our boat batteries charged for the next days fishing trip. We had a small issue with the plumbing in the cabin we were in and they immediately set us up with another cabin. Cassie even showed up and helped us move our things! Take it Easy Resort is a true home away from home! Gorgeous natural setting, easy lakeside access, great cabin options, and friendly owners. Immaculate and comfortable. We spend a week at this beautiful place every year, and we wouldn’t go anywhere else.
not only is this resort and the cabins the cutest thing in the ozarks but the trail here is amazing as well!
You will have a relaxing time here , just set back and enjoy the view, not far from town, walk along the lake or go fishing, you know we all need time away to recharge. Larry
We wanted to start the New Year on a fishing trip and initially chose Take It Easy because they were open, friendly, and very accommodating over the phone. Once we all arrived, we were the only guests there giving us the freedom of the bikes, boats, and banks to fish. the cabin was clean, comfortable, and most importantly functional.
