RecommendedI only have good things to say about TCA! The counselors are so supportive & helpful. It was so easy to set up & consolidated my debt into 1 payment a month! After 2 years, I am now DEBT FREE! I highly recommend Take Charge America.
Trash. Easy, simple, and to the point. Customer service is a not helpful at all.
After about 3 1/2 years with them, I’m almost completely out of debt. I’m so excited!
Good company, although you will get grilled if you need to push back your due date even a couple days. Why do you need to do this? Is it going to happen again? Etc....and then get the warning about how they aren't responsible for payments being late if I change the date. 2 days? Really? It takes them 2 weeks to post my payment! They have a habit of taking the payment 3 days ahead of time if it's near a weekend. I'm sticking with them for now, but I doubt I'll work with them again.
They took care of me when I needed to get out of debt....it took me 27 months at a payment of $160.00 a month....thanks Dawn.

These people are wonderful.No one judges you or makes you feel like idiots for being in a credit card mess. They are so positive & compassionate about your situation & treat you with the utmost respect. TCA definitely turned a nightmare situation into a blessing for me!!
