Conveniently, our daughter has ALWAYS received a strep test, every visit, even if her symptoms have nothing to do with strep. When I brought this to their attention I was simply given a number to complain without any explanation as to why this test would continue to be ran. Tried to check in online, and the system never allows a successful check in...always a waste of time.
