I had my hair coloured there, only to be left with my hair being severely damaged as she left the colour process for too long before rinsing it. My hair started to break off and fall out. After 9 months of having this done, my hair is still recovering from this horrible experience. I did go back to the hair dresser there, only to be told it was breaking off due to the previous color that was still in my hair, she was trying to cover up her mess up. So basically she fried my hair. .
Sophie did a fantastic job at cutting my hair today, a new look for me. Thank you.
