Ordered a bike frame 3 months ago. I've called, text, and emailed prob 100 times since and ZERO response. I've disputed my CC and thankfully I'm getting my $$ back. I also reported them to the BBB. Shame on the BBB, and the state of MO for allowing this company to continue to do business.

Joey is a scammer.
I placed an order on December 18th and still have not received it. After making multiple attempts to contact them via phone email and their chat button. I disputed the credit card charge. Only to find out that the credit card company could get their phone calls answered. Somehow, despite not receiving the order the credit card company has sided with take a hike and I have to pay for the rain pants I never received. Today I'll be looking for their landlords contact information. For anyone who has this experience in the future... read more
