Beyond livid . I’ve spoke with customer service 3 times before my arrival about what was needed and my packages even paid extra for up grades. Everything we did through them was extra fees. I’ve paid twice the amount if I’d booked through the cruise line myself.Was told all of these things that were in my package to pay close to 500 dollors more .
