I have been going to this location for 5 years, with multiple cars. Never again. The two working today were rude and seemed unfamiliar with their tasks. I had the feeling early, and I didn't listen; I decided to give them a chance, and I regret it now. Took them 5 minutes to remove the drain plug while I'm sitting in my car playing seesaw as they yank my car back and forth.
