High warning of this place with terrible service I came there just for engine oil change, I got a coupon of 25 bucks The first guy said Mobil full advanced synthetic was the best for 10k miles that was 120 bucks, but after I chose this oil, they flushed off the oil but then he said I should get a suitable oil filter with this oil and I had to pay 12 bucks more, that is not reasonable, I feel that they wanted to pick more money from my pocket, but I had no choice because they flushed oil off so I could not start my car to lea... read more
Wouldn't take the online coupon because of a "system glitch" coupon posted on the website was $25 they would only give me $10. It seems small but dont post a coupon you wont honor.
I had a terrible experience at this location. I called ahead to ask about the price for a synthetic oil change and was told it would be around $80, plus a $20 coupon. When I arrived, the price suddenly jumped to $140 “because it’s a Mercedes,” which I have never been charged anywhere else. For reference, I’ve gotten this same car serviced in California multiple times, and I’ve never paid anywhere near $140 — so I know when a shop is trying to overcharge.
