I come to Take 5 to get in and get out. I usually encounter professionals who work as a team to create a fast, proficient dynamic in their service. And I love seeing effective team work especially when the manager and team members compliment each other in their performance. Yesterday was one of those days which was a delight. The service was great and the staff were exceptional. They go beyond their job to make you and your car a priority
Absolutely frustrated how they handled the check out process. It was my fault for not slowing it down and asking how much the cabin filter was going to be-$49.99! I asked how much the engine air filter was going to be- $28.99. I genuinely feel like they maneuvered through to get me to pay without discussing any of the cost before hand. I'm sure corporate is please by the sales boys, but I won't ever be back again. Service was good otherwise. Lesson learned.
My oil change took an hour! With no communication until we got out to ask what the issue was. They had to suck my oil out instead of draining it because it’s in their policy to not touch plastic (I can’t elaborate on that because that’s all that was said), so instead of communicating that and letting us decide to go somewhere else so no ones time AND money ($95 overpriced) was wasted, they continued to manually suck out my oil manually for an hour.
