Very prompt attention and friendly service!
I visited this Take 5 location on July 24 2025 for a routine oil change. During the service, the tech left and returned with the manager, who told me the previous shop had cross-threaded my oil drain plug. He said they could try to put it back in, but it wouldn’t hold, and I should take it to a mechanic. I was sitting in my car the entire time and was not told anything until after they had already removed the plug.
