I had a really great experience here. I came in for a simple oil change, and Skylar went above and beyond by pulling up my vehicle history and showing me a detailed report so I could actually understand what had been done to my car in the past. The staff initially mentioned a radiator/coolant flush, but once Skylar checked the history and saw it had already been done recently, he immediately corrected it and let me know I didn’t need anything extra. Great service. But coupon never works.
It was a morning oil change which was handled efficiently, pro-active, engaged and at a discount. Service pro was Kenneth and Chris in Nederland. My oil filter was on way too tight. A few minutes later it was off. I opened my store on time at 11:00am. I will be back! Thank you!
Did a great job communicating concerns about wipers and coolant fluid. Was pretty quick given they had a crowd.
