I don’t remember the guys names but I went early Friday morning. These guys were Great. Professional Safe Almost even seem like they were enthusiastic to do a good job. They had no problem answering my questions,explaining things I needed explained. They went the extra mile and found that my vehicle was dry on coolant.these guys saved my car and saved my day especially after waiting at Walmart for 1 hour only to be told it’d be a 5 hour wait .TAKE 5 HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Staff very nice. They all did a great job. However, oil change was WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. Cost more than when I go to the dealership. I asked before I drove in and was told “it depends”, and then once I was in the garage they started doing things to the car so I felt like I was stuck and had to go ahead and get the oil change without knowing the cost up front. Unfortunately I won’t be back.

Over filled my son's vehical double the amount of oil and only offered a coupon. *Really* Had to drain 5.5 quarts of oil when the vehical calls for 5.5 quarts 5.5+5.5=10 quarts. To many people working on one vehical at a time when it should only be 2 people. Not 4. One to drain, one to process the purchase, same person that drained the oil should put the oil in. Keeps track of what has been done. Employee's pay attention to what you are doing. Ask before doing another task. THIS WILL KEEP FROM MAKING MISTAKES.
