They damaged my oil drain plug and ultimately let me leave without changing the oil. I had to pay $160 at a specialized workshop to have the plug removed. A very bad experience.
I think it was way overpriced. I usually take mine to the dealership and get my oil changed. Cldnt gwt it in so thought id give u guys a try. Never again. I paid almost 200 dollars on an oil change.
