Great service and very professional as always.
Oil change Service went fairly smooth except for the most important, putting oil back in after draining it. Tech instructed me to start the engine and warning lights lit up everything. After they realized the mistake and added oil back in, I couldn't get the warning lights to go away. Was told to drive it 50 miles and if the lights dont go away then I have to go to a dealership. I'm glad they hurry through the service to keep customers from waiting, but the important steps need to be followed!
Quick service and friendly!
Most of the service experience went well. However, I didn’t appreciate one of the servicers Nicholas speak down to me as soon as I pulled into the bay. He then continued to argue with me. Other than that, the other gentlemen were amazing. Nicholas was the one to perform my oil change so keeping fingers crossed he remained professional and didn’t damage anything while he was under my vehicle.
