Don’t really care how you guys always quote over the phone but once you get there it’s another price. This company is very deceiving. The only reason was I went there is because the place i usually go to is closed on Sundays. I called you guys and the operator said I oil change would $85 for full synthetic oil with a $25 off coupon. When I left there I end up paying $116 . Ridiculous for a Toyota Corolla.

I went in to Take 5 and brought my own oil. They sold me oil and didn't use the one I brought. They suggested doing a coolant flush. It took four mechanics about 30 minutes and they messed it up somehow because later that day the coolant was almost empty and my car was overheating on the highway! I wasn't given prices for the two oil options that were provided, but I picked the one I thought would be cheaper (DuraMax vs Mobil 1). The oil change took an hour and a half (longer than it would've taken me at home) and then they charged me over $100 for it. I only stopped here because I was pressed for time, but I will never consider coming back. And to top it all off, the oil they put in (according to the invoice) was 0W20 when my car takes 5W30!
