Your people do not know what they are doing or they are scamming uneducated customers. Tried selling me on adding differential fluid to the back differential of my 3/4 ton 2022 Dodge 4x4. She took the plug out and said there is no fluid in it. I instantly laughed. The differential isn’t supposed to be filled above the plug so that oil pours out.
