I have to admit I was dreading the whole hard sale trying to sell me things I didn’t want or need but Josh didn’t do that. He gave his pitch, sure, but no grief or argument when I declined and, in fact, I ended up buying the air filter I could have easily bought and installed myself. But, I liked the guy and it saved me another errand. Marcus, his cohort, was great as well.
