Hilton and Randel were amazing! I just purchased my vehicle -a Volvo And they were able to provide me so much information regarding my car and where to find some information on my dashboard. I don’t even live in Kingwood, but will drive to this location every time from now on when I need an oil change!

Daughter took her car for just an oil change and the guy tried to convince her she needed a radiator flush... despite us having replaced the radiator just a few weeks ago and it having all new coolant. He tried to tell her it was "below minimum" and that just putting more coolant in it would ruin the radiator and that it required a flush when the coolant was low. Never a customer here but yet they wanted $56 to loosen the plug and use my new oil provided. Not to mention I was greeted by a little girl. I hope ya'll go out of business soon, as I'm sure you will.
Over charged my daughter. Predatory behavior. Do not recommend this company. I have had issues with two other Take 5 locations in Houston recommending items I did not need. Also was charged for more oil than my engine holds on two separate occasions. Yesterday Take 5 charged my daughter a “high mileage fee”. Added another $20 to her bill. Company wide dishonest practices. Beware.
