The technicians who worked on my car were outstanding. They were knowledgeable, efficient and very friendly. I most definitely would return to this Take 5 location if I lived in Savannah. I highly recommend this company.
When I arrived they signaled to pull my vehicle forward. They did not greet me. They did not talk to me accept to ask me to pop the hood. They walked around my car doing things but nothing was explained to me. After time has passed a worker, who was not working on my car, told me an oil change would take 6 liters so it would be a higher price. I then told him I wasn’t even there for an oil change. Not exactly my favorite visit. First time I went everyone was super. This trip I was tell at because after not being acknowledged I went to the bay that had no cone up. I didn’t know I wasn’t supposed to go there. Will not visit again. Did not appreciate being yelled at and no apology
