Everyone was very nice, quick and efficient.
They walked away halfway through checking my air filter, and left 2 screws out and never even changed it. Overpriced at around $120 for a base oil change, then had asked for a tip..
Quick, courteous and and convenient oil change on the little red convertible. However, the reset wasn't done on the car and I'm still getting a warning each day that I'm in need of an oil change. Maybe the broken air hose during my oil change distracted everyone. It certainly surprised me with the noise and the poor guy who jumped on the hose was not doing so well. That also delayed completion of the oil change.
