I went there for an oil change and the worker told me it was going to top off because it wasn’t necessary to change it. At the end we agreed to top off the engine. Days later my car started to fail on “this and that “ I checked everything and one more time I went back to take 5 oil change place and THEY TOLD ME THAT THE ENGINE WAS TOPPED OFF / overfilled . The two young men who provided my service were very nice, polite, and answered all my questions. For that I give a However, your pricing is higher than some of your competitors. For example, Walmart charges $58 for the same oil service that you charge $80 for; they also do not charge the additional service fee either. Based on that, I would not return. I used your service because I could not get an appointment with Walmart on short notice. Maybe consider reducing your prices or price matching your competitors.
Will not be back. Took 45 minutes to change my oil. Took 4 techs to do the job and I was told a small piece of plastic went into the oil and they used the evac to drain the oil and when my husband called they said they didn't know what I was talking about. Will not go back there again. They are nice and friendly but I will be going somewhere else from now on
