This is the only place that I go to, to get my oil change. I get the .16 oil and I get the coupon that cooperate offers and Everytime I am told that I can't use the 50%coupon. When I ask why, because there ZERO restrictions written on the coupon , I'm told "sorry cooperates orders" but the do accept the $15.00 dollar coupon. Can someone please explain this to me? Not happy about it!
The customer service was good, the guys had great personalities. But as a customer that received an email from Take 5 for a 50% off oil change up to $25 off. To be told at payment time that they only honored that store websites coupons on their direct website. The manager stated that he doesn’t know why the corporate coupons aren’t in his stores website but that he couldn’t honor it. That didn’t sit well with me but what could I do when the service had already been provided. That alone didn’t make me wanna go back.
