Cam made sure that all details were taken care of. He even arranged to have a filter ordered from AutoZone down the street since the shop didn’t have the size. Everyone was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable.
Take 5 could be a great company if they focused solely on oil changes, but the constant upselling ruins the experience. Every visit, I’m pressured to buy extras—wipers, cabin filters, engine cleaners, more expensive oil, etc.—and leave feeling taken advantage of. My last visit took over an hour for what should have been a simple oil change. They pulled my cabin filter, claimed it had mold, and tried to sell me a $50 budget-brand replacement. Probably one of the worst visits! Had to wait over an hour on line to witness one of the techs in front of me enjoying a nice conversation with the car in front of me. He was through with her service but kept talking to her, while the line was backed up! They took my credit card before any service was done! Told me my service was complete, but did not check any filters. Had to be told my the manager to do it! I left there thinking what else did they forget!
