If I could give no stars I would. For $80 at Mcalester Take 5 they changed oil. They didn’t unscrew hose clamp for air filter housing when they changed. They just pulled it off and tried to shove it half back on . I was driving when car threw codes and I had to fix it on the side of road after calling them they claimed there wasn’t a hose clamp when there was they just didn’t unscrew it they ripped it off. . Staff was knowledgeable and very respectful. They've serviced not only my personal vehicles but my work vehicles as well and always do a fine job.
The two employees were friendly and accommodating but the prices are just too much when other local places do the same or more for less. After reading reviews they tried to sell me the same: windshield wipers, told me my coolant needed flushed and replaced. They did sell me a new air filter. I know they’re doing what they’re told to do but pushing services not truly needed is called scamming.
The people were fantastic and very nice and helpful
