I had to wait a hour and 20 minutes just for an oil change. It was very hot having to sit with the engine turned off. There was 3 people working so don't think they was short handed. Also thought it was very unprofessional to have music playing that every other word was a cuss word. Hopefully there was no kids in the other cars. There was oily hand prints left on both sides of my car.
They wrote the milage down in my windshield ,, they did not even wipe it off and when I looked at my receipt they checked it off like they cleaned it when they did not
The young men that took care of my truck were very friendly and professional. They took the time to explain everything and always gave me the chance to ask questions. They also gave me the opportunity to accept or reject each and every service they provided. I appreciate their kindness, honesty, and professionalism.
