Definitely takes longer than 5 minutes but they are thorough, friendly, and fast-ish for all they did to my car! $30 a piece for each windshield wiper with warranty is crazy which is the only reason im giving this place a 2-star rating. I initially said yes because i thought it was $30 for the set of windshield wipers which is reasonable but $60?! for the past 3 years I’ve taken my cars to take 5 for oil chance. This last time I went they said they couldn’t take off the oil filter housing due to it being too tight and they were afraid of damaging it / breaking it. giving me the excuse they didn’t have the proper tools to take it out. Take 5 employee advised me to take it to the dealership since they would have the adequate tools to remove the filter.
