They got the job done quickly. The staff was very kind and courteous. But, they got oil on my engine, they didn’t top off any other fluids, or check my tire pressure, and my hood stand was not secured when I checked to make sure everything was put back and secure. I’ve been going to Take 5 for many years now. This is my second time here in Lubbock since moving here from Amarillo. Dakota Collins at the Amarillo location always provided such high quality service. I guess I’ve just gotten spoiled.
Inexperienced employees. I have been there twice and have experienced problems each time.
