Fast and friendly
There was two guys I do not know their names.. one Hispanic one African American… the Hispanic guy was really nice and helpful he has awesome customer service. The other guy did not smile or greet barely made eye contact I said to myself maybe he’s having a bad day either or your problems should stay at home and your main focus should be the customer if he would have been the only person to serve me I would not come back but because the great customer service from the other guy I will come back. I called in advance to get prices. Gave make model and oil preference. Was given a price of $85 and also given a $25 coupon. Got ready to leave and price was double that. Service was good until then. Told me that prices done through answering service weren't accurate. Ended up paying $156. My oil was already drained when they told me my total. Unwilling to compromise. What a trap.
