1 1/2 hours for a 20-30 min oil change. Did not give the 25% discount for veterans. Did not have proper tools. Terrible experience. I’ll never go there again.
Waited in the dock for 10 minutes only to find out they didn't have the right oil filter. It's a Toyota V6 engine, so one of the most common oil filter standards in the world
