The gentleman provided excellent service and kept us informed of everything he was doing with our vehicle and every service that was provided or offered.
Called the number for this location and was transferred to a call center/ single point answering service for multiple locations. Was able to get pricing for service on the phone. Upon arrival was greated kindly however was inform that they did not have my cars oil filter in stock. Had I been able to speak to the location instead of being directed to a call center I could have been advised that they did not have the filter in stock instead of wasting my time and gas going to this location. Just wanted a quick oil change and had to sit there for a very long time while they tried to upsell my husband on every single thing possible, I finally had to step in and say let us pay please and suddenly they were finished. Ridiculous, if you’re not making money then figure it out but stop upselling and wasting peoples time.
