Kevin and Mike were the funniest guys ever! we were cracking up the entire time. Mike was kind enough to explain the difference now that i’m onto high mileage oil. This was my second oil change and it was a huge difference from the first (i went somewhere on hall road for the first time) They didn’t make me feel stupid about anything even tho i’m a female. I was given a free oil change after a few visits!
The customer service is excellent. But the prices are ridiculous a couple of weeks ago my oil change was $192. I was quoted a price of $135 to flush my coolant because it was never done. So I go today and yes I was over charged again $160. I will NOT BE BRINGING MY CAR back here.
