I took my daughter's VW to this Take Five to get its oil changed, the simplest level of service on a vehicle. A week later she noticed a rattling sound in the engine. Upon inspection, I found that the Take 5 technician removed the rear skid pan bolts and didn't replace them, causing the rear part of the skid pan to rattle. I had to go to ACE hardware and find the correct bolt size to fit in there and then had to crawl underneath her car and secure the skid pan. This is a clear example of terrible quality. Was originally 5 stars but changing to 2 due to the negligence showcased at this location. The workers were very nice and kept me informed, but I ended up suffering major car damage to over tightening of the oil filter after a oil change. This led to a full oil pan replacement as well as a few other issues that required fixes. This place was really good and consistent at first but I think some sort of change in management led to a lack of quality or accountability.
