Horrible service that did a lot of damage to my vehicle. Do not let Tyrell near your car. He poured oil all over the top and sides of my engine making the belts squeak and a burning smell that has lasted several days already. It was so much oil that it pooled onto the skid plate and was pouring out of it staining my driveway. Not even sure if they even really changed the oil or not. I do not trust anything they say and now I’m left with damages from something as simple as an oil change.
Had an outstanding experience today at Take 5 on Ball rd in Cypress! My 3rd time there and I can't recommend them high enough!! Talk about TEAMWORK! Andrew Randy and Gio went above and beyond all expectations! Professional and so friendly and time wise very efficient. Wish I could give them 10 STARS! ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️
