Tony rocked! And the owner honored the discount because I had arrived just a little bit after the 25% off hours. Offering a bottle of water was very considerate and it's clear everything had to meet certain standards. Only suggestion for improvement is that despite being in the bay, no one started on my car for about 10 minutes.
Staff was professional, informative and friendly!
This location takes the Fleet cars. Manager too lazy to know or even call to verify.
I’VE NEVER HAD SUCH AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY LIFE! JOSE & ANGELO ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! GIVE THEM A RAISE! I had an issue with my coolant and I couldn’t pull out of the driveway. I called them about the issue and they assured me that they would stop by at my convenience and help me resolve it. This was after hours (AFTER 7 PM). They were more than courteous and are very hard working men!
