Staff was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. They always do a bang up job. Oil change and filter.
The employees were extremely welcoming and kind! Gave bottles of water out even though THEY were the ones sweating to death. Got to stay in my car the whole time. From the time I pulled up to the time I pulled out was about 20 minutes and it was a busy Saturday morning with only 3 guys working. They were fast, efficient, the price was a little high but the service made it worth it!

Our experience at Take 5 on Irby street was flawless! We came due to me having my late parent’s vehicle and I wanted to make sure everything was in tiptop shape. I told them my story and they not only gave us waters but treated us with the upmost care and concern. Chris I think was his name kept us laughing as well. Those 3 men worked diligently with a smile and expertise. I will be back soon as I told them to get more work done.
Chris and his crew really understand customer service, made me feel like it is worth driving 38 miles to get oil change with all my vehicles. I will go back . U all are lucky to have such good employees who all have customer service skills . I own my own business wish I had such good employees as u fo pal..
