If I could give zero stars, I would. My Dad took our car to Take 5 Oil Change for what should’ve been the most basic service — an oil change — and it turned into a complete nightmare due to their negligence and incompetence. They stripped the oil pan and instead of taking responsibility or even mentioning it, they slapped on a temporary butterfly plug to hide the problem. Of course, it started leaking oil not long after.
