Two employees working and none of them knew their responsibilities. Running around like headless chickens. No wait but a bunch of people behind me left. Do not recommend. No pricing info regarding services. Rushed. They make up prices as they go. Paid $241 for synthetic oil and filer change plus coolant flush.
Mikey and Cam assisted me today. They were so friendly and knowledgeable and informed me of everything taking place. This is the 2nd location I’ve been to and I’ve appreciated both. Keep up the great work, fellas!! 😃 As for the replacement filter, I’m guessing the manufacturer prices these items? It was a bit costly for a piece of plastic holding some fan-shaped paper!
Josh M was incredibly personable, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process! I would definitely recommended him and this Take 5 to my friends and family!
