Jo and her crew were amazing and provided top tier service. I was able to get my oil change and inspection done all in one spot. They have an extremely well managed terrific system of how things are done in order for the process. Highly recommended. I’ll be skipping the dealership from now on going forward! At first everything was great until it wasn’t . I was inquiring about the prices for the oil and before I could confirm which oil I wanted my car was drained so I had no choice but to pay for what was there . Claude was extremely professional, understanding, and respectful. On the other hand Athan was rude and unprofessional with every encounter me and him had during my hour wait and service for the oil changed I had to get . He even asked me “did I have the money to pay for” as if I didn’t and I would be stuck. Horrible cus... read more
Great Service!
The team is shorthanded, but they were very helpful when I told them my car didn't have a/c. Sat comfortably in the waiting room. Jo has good leadership skills.
