All is well. The service technician informed me that the sticker mileage was to top off fluids and not for the full oil change. He informed me I had about another 2k miles to go. Plus, he still gave my 2000 ford ranger a complete check up. Found my air filter compartment wasn’t closedown completely and I needed a new filter. Purchased a new air filter. That location has been very good to my vehicles. So far so good
I had a wonderful experience this year for inspection. The staff was kind, consider it.And attentive. I was in and out in no time
If i could put no stars thats what it would BE! I always go to this location but after being here for over an hour and a half to finally get to the front of the line to find out that they didn’t have the oil filter for my vehicle was just straight unacceptable! So as for me as a person who came from being a shop manager this was a total disregard of my time as it was my only day off and to spend almost 2 hours to not get an oil change is awfull! And to top ig off the so called manager JO was RUDE so for me its a HELL NO
