Kept trying to up sell me. The oil change took an hour. Manager was rude and dismissive. Been many times will not return..
This place came recommended from one of my military co-workers, who also is a big car guy. The customer service and experience was awesome! Wayd carried himself professionally and gave service with a smile. He walked me through the whole process and the team was quick with the oil change. I literally just pulled up and they did the rest while I was in the car. I’ll definitely be coming back to Take 5 in Derby!
