I usually have a really good experience but this time was different. Had to wait longer than usual, wasn't offered water, and when I turned down upgraded or replacing an item I got eye rolls. I understand it was a hot day and maybe he was having a rough day. But the job was done and I was on my way.
The staff was very helpful, courteous and was nice enough to explain the process of coolant exchange to me. Everyone smiled and worked quickly. I will definitely come back to this location.
