The crew at Take 5 neglected to ask if I was a veteran. That's the second time this has happened. That's fully 25% of the total cost of my oil change. Additionally, they told me there was nothing they could do once the transaction was electronically posted to my account. I am a veteran of more than 24 years. Needless to say, I will not again darken your doorway.
