The service was professional. I was very satisfied with the service to my vehicle. Would definitely use them again.
Not happy with service. Was charged over $220 for an oil change. The guy said he would give me a discount on wipers if I bought them. They ended up being $70 for the cheapest ones! Then they didn’t have the oil I asked for. They took my air filter out, threw it in the garbage and didn’t have one to replace the old with. I payed $50 for a cabin filter. That’s expensive for my tiny car! I got ripped off big time. I will never return here and I suggest everyone else goes to Walmart or another lube place.
I was asked if I wanted a new Air filter, because mine was really bad they said. I said Yes. He threw my air filter in the trash. Then he checked my cabin filter and it was really bad as well, so I told him change it. Then my windshield wipers were bad and he said if I got wipers, he would give me everything for 25% off. I paid $64 for the cheapest wiper blades. My cabin filter was replaced, but they did not have my air filter. So they took my air filter out of the trash and put it back. I paid $221 for everything.
