I was a returning customer after leaving due to medical issues. I was very disappointed in the service this time. I ask about the prices and the guy that was assisting me pointed to the $124 premium deal, That is the same one that I usually get, however I was not made aware of the 4.99 shop fee and the additional charge of the other quart of oil.
