I truly thank Dee and Jerome for their amazing service. I don’t go to anywhere but to this tale 5 as the customer service is amazing and they are very informative in what my car is in need of. I truly enjoy getting my oil change and other things if needed at this store. Mrs Dee does an amazing job with her employees and this store. I would recommend their service and store always. Very friendly and not time consuming.
This is the last time I’m using them. The Take 5 on College Dr in Baton Rouge is severely under trained because there’s no way this location always forgets to put the clips back on your car. This is the second time they didn’t clip the cover back under my car causing it to drag underneath the car while im driving on the interstate. Definitely not good. One of the best spots I’ve been to “ Siegen Ln”. Very courteous & helpful. Explained everything to me and showed me what to look for. The young lady ran the shop like pro. Help not just customers but co workers as well. Will go to only them now!!
