On 9/5/25, I went in to get my oil changed. Dawn is the one who pulled my air filter. After I declined a new air filter, he threw it on the ground to “shake it out”. Whenever he was putting air filter back in, he kept saying “ it’s good, bro. Send it.” After that he walked off, came back over then took a picture of the dirt that came off of the filter and said, “I’m going to post this and then caption it, ‘it’s good, bro. send it.” I found his actions very disrespectful, unprofessional, and unnecessary. Service is great but they gotta adjust their prices on diesel fuel filters. They START at $95 before install. Dodges require 2 filters so with an oil change and 2 fuel filters its over $400 The filters are $26 for the pair at oriellys. I get you gotta make a profit but thats borderline robbery. Vavloline place the next town over does it all for $220
