My experience was not pleasant The plug was not screwed in and my car was loosing oil. I had to take my car to another location to see what was going on. The tech told me that they normally don't go behind someone else, but because I was traveling he checked it out. The tech told me that he turned the plug four times to tighten it and he had to add more oil. He told me that it was a good thing that I noticed the oil leak because if I had gotten back on the highway back home I would not have made it. My engine would have been... read more
