Very poor service. You have to tell them manually what needs to be done—step by step. The Toyota center has no understanding of the scheduled maintenance required at different stages of the vehicle's lifecycle. For them, it's some kind of mystery to open the manual and follow the manufacturer’s instructions point by point. Expensive, low-quality service—both in terms of maintenance and customer interaction.
