I just wanted to share some honest feedback. The last time I visited your shop, I was really disappointed with the service. I came in for a simple oil change, but the employee told me he couldn’t do it because he didn’t know the oil level in my car, since it doesn’t have a dipstick. I understand some cars are different, but since your shop specializes in oil changes, I expected a solution—not just a refusal. I hope this can be improved for future customers.
