I've been a customer at this particular one for a while now but this was the first time, I ever been told that they wasn't allow to do my oil change. The guy said that he was allowed to change the oil on KIAs and Honda, however there was a blue Honda in the next stall. I'm confused? He said he will have to send me to another location. As a customer why wasn't I notified about this new rule? Is this bad service or something else?
