I have a 2025 Ram Promaster 3500 van with 35,169 miles on it. I paid for the ‘Ultimate oil change’ and was also pressured into getting my coolant flushed. For the coolant flush, I said my engine doesn’t overheat and he said ‘it doesn’t until it does’. And then he turned the computer screen towards me and said this is your service record and the car company can see that you aren’t servicing your vehicle and that can affect your warranty. Came here to get my oil changed in my truck and left with over filled oil and transmission fluid drained… pulled out of the place and knew something was wrong. I then went back for them to fix it and it took hours and they tried to charge me for the transmission fluid they drained. Then ended it by offering me %50 off my next time coming back which come to find out was a straight up lie. Safe to say I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
Although 130 is a ridiculous amount to pay for an oil change, you more than make it up for the time and customer service. For the past few years, my oil changes and top offs are never over 15 minutes. And the customer service is second to none!
