When I tell you that this is some was some of the most outstanding service I have ever received and the new store manager is running the most efficient service I have ever have had the pleasure of experiencing at the take 5 oil change chain. This oil change shop is honestly the worst place you could ever go in your life. The first time I came here, my engine splash shield came loose and fell off. I came back, the manager apologized, left a note saying they would be more careful, and gave me $20 as compensation. The second time, the same thing happened again — but this time it was much worse. Racism. Threats of violence. Poor corporate offices. Does not honor services rendered. Edit: Months later, still no corporate response. We went to get emissions completed. They ran the machine. Everything passed. Then we went to DMV. They would not accept the emissions because the specific emissions machine apparently was not registered/didn’t work. We returned and informed this shop of this. They refused to honor us for a second emissions test (the machine didn’t work, and they wouldn’t let us come back after its repair) so... read more
