Very attentive and communicated very well. My only issue is the price was way more than I expected. This, however, isn’t an issue with staff, it’s corporate. Staff was great!!!
The humans here are wonderfully pleasant and professional. The manager William has helped me each time I’ve come in and is on the ground working with his team. This time Braxton was my main helper. He was through and detailed in his explanation and I didn’t feel pressured to purchase anything extra, though at times he did explain why he thought I should. I just had the easiest, quickest, professional oil change done by the friendly, diverse humans at Take 5 today! Getting myoil changed is usually a dreaded task for me, but I really enjoyed seeing a team of diverse humans all working together as a team and appearing to take pride in their job.
