Good crew, conversation, and service.
A.G , freedom and John I think his name is with the tattoo by his eye. They are awesome !!! He was extremely friendly and easy to talk to kept me and my husband occupied while A.G changed out my oil filter, it was stuck and she had a very hard time getting it off as Toyota put it back on way too tight. Freedom was back and forth helping us and another customer until finally A.G and freedom were able to get it off. Took a long time. They had about 5 employees but only one lane open. Only one person was working the rest were smoking a few feet from my car. Oil is flammable and I can’t stand the smell so I actually had to ask them to get further away. Then they told me my brake light was just on because it takes a minute and I had to circle around and go back because my car had the break on. Idk why they turned it on. Honestly it was the worst experience I’ve ever had with an oil change.
The staff wasn’t friendly at all
