Terrible experience. Waited several minutes for any service representative to appear. Toby the service representative was rude and condescending. When I asked if there were any discount coupons available he told me he had no idea and I should have gone online and looked. He did not clean my windshield, check my tire pressure, check my windshield wiper condition, although he indicated that he had done so on the service check list. He did not fill the washer fluid.
