Oil change over all was fine. $79 and change is high especially after a $25 off coupon so I will be taking business elsewhere but other than that, Madison? Phenomenal. No complaints. Hire more Madison’s. Ben? Ben was the typical dude you’d find in a mechanics shop. Zero personality. If you’re losing business, that’s your problem from the jump. Mechanical failures and short handed; caused a 45 minute delay!
Expensive but it was very quick and the techs were nice, if i decide to get an oil change the next time I'm drivin through Batesville I'll stop again 🤘🤘 Edit: i learned, after i left my review that my oil change was with full synthetic not conventional oil. In light of this i raised my rating to 5 stars and retract that it was expensive, it was actually a fair price 🤘
