Staff was very nice and quick
This was my 1st visit, have always done my own oil changes. Everything went great, very professional.
brought the vehicle back twice, saw leaks on my driveway, took the vehicle in, tech says this is 'normal' from leaks from changing oil?? leaks?..please then just wipe up the oil when you finish the work?..so it doesn't "leak?" I'm not a mechanic, but some things are obvious.
I would give them a five but this is the second time I’ve been charged for the synthetic blend when I’ve specifically asked for the regular oil. This time the service writer and the safety guy both acknowledged they understood when I verbally asked them for the regular oil. Even repeated it back to me. Now that I’m looking at my bill closer they may have up charged me on the wiper blades. I asked for the lower priced ones at $19.99 but they charged $39.98 which I believe was the price for the better grade wipers.
