SCAM!!! Oil change and Air filter $181 the price you see is not what they charge you!!
I cannot thank Justin enough for today. No one at any shop in 13 years has asked me about a cabin filter until today. Never. So of course when asked about it and they checked the computer it had never been changed. I’m sure you can imagine the filth he pulled out of there. I’m just shocked I had no idea there was a filter there and we have been breathing that nasty stuff this long. He replaced both filters, all 3 windshield wipers, and changed the oil. I will be coming back for my inspection. THANK YOU!!!!!!!

I took my Audi A7 to Take 5 for an oil change, where they claimed to add 7.5 quarts of oil. After leaving, I noticed a slight oil smell. I drove 8 miles to meet friends and clients for lunch, and upon starting my car afterward, the oil warning light indicated I needed an additional quart but was safe to drive to a service station.
